But unlike whiteness, you CAN lose (or "lose") "manliness" (genitals, muscle mass, speech patterns, w/e), so this is far more stridently policed. White supremacists aren& #39;t worried much about not being white enough, but male chauvinists are PETRIFIED of not being "manly" enough.
Conspiracy theorists operate much the same way: the horse shit they bandy about as "sEkRiT nAwLiJ" is just a way for sad sacks dissatisfied with their own mediocrity to feel special without actually DOING anything more than Googling dumb shit & falling for idiotic YT screeds.
(There is another community this crosses over into as well, but they& #39;re MOSTLY harmless so I& #39;m not gonna name & shame them here.)
But yeah. These things are as popular as they are because they& #39;re a path of least resistance. These folks just wanna be Born Speshul.
