Taken by ambulance to ER after a seizure. Given meds in ambulance to prevent another.

ER doctor tells my Husband I'm a drug addict and I don't deserve the bed I'm in.

Tells him to go home and my stash will probably be in a wall. Literal words. +++

He's loudly removed from my case. 2nd Doctor is checking my vitals when I jolt up, scream, it's happening again, and have a 50 min seizure.

I'm placed in a coma for 4 days to stop the seizure. I'm given grave odds to survive.

Turns out that 25 yrs +
3/3 before Dr's who also didn't listen and gave me a bipolar dx, were wrong. I'm Autistic, and Epilepsy is a co-occurring condition.

Not a drug addict. A neurodivergent epileptic whose life was stolen from them because of attitudes like the viral video that sparked all of this.
