I was thinking this morning how the Holy Spirit teaches me. Maybe He does it different for others.
Sometimes it starts with me asking a question...but now I question if He didn't give me the question first...so I could ask...and He could answer.
Because it is my nature to analyze things...I can see some of the steps of what is going on. Though often the teaching happens so quickly, you may not always see the steps.
He uses information that I already have...like bible verses or bible stories. He will give me flashes.
Sometimes, He will even use personal experiences tied into bible info.
Besides, bringing these things to my remembrance, He will also speak.
I have come to recognize His voice, so I know it is from Him.
Often after a quick lesson from Him, He will leave the topic alone for a time, and then come back to it later.

The most important responsibility of a student to the Holy Spirit is being willing to listen. And pay attention.

He is the one who brings understanding.
One of the things He reminded me about this morning, was a prayer that I said every morning for a while (before Q)

I asked for "time where there seems to be no time...a way where there seems to be no way....and a Plan where there seems to be no plan".

I am amazed in the Plan.
