A few things have hit me recently.

We are just like all the rest:

What do I mean. I mean for 22 years every other club had this cycle where managers came and went

Oh we laughed.

Wenger saw off was it 12 Spurs managers.

We existed above the murky manager merry go round
Now we are a club that is forced to think a different way when it comes to people renewal.

My concern:

Is our distant ownership and hired football executives ready to define our new modern structure with sharp quick decisive modern change decisions.

We actually don’t know.
What we know is we have a recent history of hesitation and poor decision making.

We have held people too close too long.

Maybe sold a few too soon.

We have given away a few for free just to add the icing on our cake.
As my mind looks forward.

I’m not sure who is the person but that person must have some depth.

Emery we tried to give time but we like the players have realised there is no depth of personality.

That depth is what sustains longevity and authority over millionaire players
We had a man that should of been elevated in our club years before he was shown the door.

He has formed most of us. His values have become ours.

So we need some of those values in the new person so we can align ourselves to him.

Today there is no person inside that defines us.
Even though I barely believe these next words but we can recover this.

Once you find that person to unify and continue the re-build t will be obvious.

Most of all we need some smiles back.

Easy eh!
