It's a huge step forward. Nebraska hasn't managed to put its foot down on a conference opponent since Purdue in 2013. And Nebraska finishing a game strong has been rare, at best, regardless of the quality of opponent. https://twitter.com/mitchsherman/status/1198612611639762944
I've been...hostile...towards the direction of this program, and I believe the defensive scheme is a liability that'll weigh down any improvement on offense, but yesterday was a good day and a huge sign of progress for a season that has been lousy.
The incoming classes clearly are upgrading and a better fit for what Nebraska wants to do.
It probably would've been worth exploring that angle in September and riding it all season if the buy-in wasn't where they wanted it, but if the future is more like yesterday, progress.

Just teach the QB to stop throwing into coverage.
I look forward to Iowa having flashbacks of Eric Crouch with No. 7 out there. He's fun.
