Labours manifesto is magnificent. Heres how it will improve my life and that of my family (1)
(2)
Announcement re 50's women means I can cut my working hrs and help my daughter with children so she can support herself and not need income support
(3) Stopping universal credit will mean a new social model of welfare introduced so my son with MH issues wont have to worry and neither will I. Better wellbeing for both of us.
(4) Pay rise of 5% as I'm a nurse will help so much and like the 50's women policy means I can reduce further my working hrs to help out with grandchildren
(5) Increase in funding to Mental health services helps my son who has been desperately let down by the system due to severe cuts
(6) Abolishing uni fees means my daughter who is single parent can go to university and also improved school funding helps my grandchildren have a better education.
Il add more as I think of them but basically I'm just one person and so many policies to improve mine and my families lives.

(8) How could I not mention the wonderful NHS which has given me the most fantastic career over 46yrs. It will be saved from privatisation ensuring me and my family have care whenever we need it .
(9) And following on from healthcare is social care. Myself and my family wont have to worry as I age and may need to be cared for as this will be free at the point of need.

(10) The reimbursement of the bursary for nurses pus investment in GPs helps both my work life and my personal life. We are struggling at my surgery with just 2.5 gps for 12500 patients. Also 3 nurses short and unable to recruit suitably experienced staff.
(11) The pressures of such a shortage of doctors and nurses causes me stress at work. Because we have so few we are unable to release anyone to train others = catch 22.
Personally I struggle to get appointment at my own GP
Labour policy goes long way to address this
