Korean Air Incheon Prestige Lounge food, ranked:
1. Shin Ramyun cups. Everybody in here is currently eating one with three or four additional stuffed in their bags.
2. The fried tofu Brussels sprouts red onion salad, first few bites, the. It starts to coat your mouth and get nasty. I ate it an hour ago and still can’t forget.
3. Vegetable porridge, followed by egg fried rice. Both are mostly warm salt. 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
4. Edam cheese. These aren’t the petite cubes of the Delta SkyClub. Full on quarter pound hunks.
5. Fried pork. I am steering clear of the pork sausage because it’s pale pink, sort of my color, off-putting. But the fried crispy pork cubes? A+.
6. Bananas. Would be number one because it’s been so long since I’ve eaten a piece of fruit, but they’re individually wrapped in plastic. 👎🏻
7. Assorted cereals and milks. Nope. Get the porridge.
8. Cinnamon buns. Dry and small, the kind I’ll sometimes eat and eat and eat in hopes that if I eat enough they’ll start to taste like cinnamon buns.
And now I’m going to head to my gate, looking forward to airline bibimbap, which is surprisingly delicious! Thank you Korean Air!
