The vote green ads are being targeted at the under 25s, and so far the spend, £800-£1600, is modest. Even so, the ex vote leave staffers have gained 50k impressions from it.

I imagine this is currently something of a test exercise for a bigger voter confusion effort in Dec
Few final things:

1 - In 2016 Vote Leave weighted their online spend to the final days, this is only the start. Expect more voter disinformation to come

2 - Small £ can make a big difference, one of the seats targeted, Southampton Itchen, has a Cons majority of 31
