Was discussing non ADOS as ADOS representation in cinema with a brilliant friend and she said something along the lines of:

"I just wish they would stop framing legitimate Black American complaints without the context of scarcity...this frustration stems from scarcity."

If more of us understood how this Filmmaking system works we'd reserve more ire for those who determine ALL of our scarcity--those who determine our* stars within the larger system.

I am literally fighting in these rooms to introduce new Black stars I want to work with.
