Serious comment: I wonder how many of these people are in recovery (I’m guessing not many)

You will not be able to stay sober/clean if you don’t find other ways to restore your dopamine levels like you need to.
Whether it’s the good vibes you get from listening to music, spending time with people you love, cuddling your cat, taking a warm bath... you have to get that dopamine somewhere or you will relapse.
I didn’t realize this before I got sober and it has made all the difference in staying sober for 4 years. #recoveryposse
