1) How was he not discovered in THREE YEARS???

2) Defense contractor on top of it?
-Who did he work for?
-What did he do?
-Who was he connected to?
-What did he know?
-Contractor doesnt show for 3 consecutive days is fired automatically, money stops, rent payment stops, rental staff come to kick you out!
-Relatives clueless?
