So I wanted to take the time to explore the meaning behind "Make America Great Again". #MAGA

Years ago, when tragedy struck our shores, a feeling would sweep across this nation to help our fellow man. The news wouldn't fill up with political agendas. There was no posturing. Just this overwhelming desire to pull together and set things right.

That has changed. Tragedy strikes today and we cringe over what comes out of our politicians' collective mouths. Bodies, unclaimed and unidentified, have not yet cooled before it begins. Fingers point. Blame is laid at each others feet.

We are divided.

We have no unity. No time to heal. No time to mourn or shed tears. No time to pick up the broken pieces of shattered lives.

No time to come together to make things right again for our fellow man.

Making America Great Again isn't about any number of policies. It isn't about unemployment rates, stock market points, innovation, or any number of talking points you can put on a chart, graph, or in bullet points.

It has always been about We The People.

You see, any one of those things makes a country good. But it will always fall short of making a country great. What makes a country great cannot be legislated, policed, policied into being, or bought.

Make America Great Again has only meant one thing.

We The People unified under one common vision. That vision is our nation - America - united.

One of my favorite Bible verses states that without vision the people will perish.

Before 2016, we were indeed a people perishing. We were divided. Torn apart by ideologies disguised as progressivism which led to hate and an unending cycle of more division - socially, economically, and racially.

There is a power in being unified in purpose and goal. We The People are powerful.

Together we are unstoppable, unbeatable, and unbreakable. United we are one voice - thunderous and magnificent.

Together, we #MAGA.
