On first read of the proposed Tennessee Regulations, here are some quick thoughts (thread):

- No wagering on college props
- No wagering on High School sports
- No parlaying of props or futures
- No correlated parlays (open interpretation thereof)

There is a structure for a very tightly scrutinized license approval process. It'll remain to be seen how strict they are.

However, there are disclosures in place for investigating what other global jurisdictions operators and vendors are in as well as ownership stakes.
This would be a very non-standard rule to the detriment of players:
No prop wagers on anything that can be decided by a single person on a single play. They give some examples like "Time of first penalty called."

No props on things not decided on the field of play. They give an example of "Color of Gatorade dumped on the winning coach"
No wagering on injuries or penalties.

TN books will be permitted to "lay off" wagers to other TN books (none will probably ever do so).

No word on protection of players rights to make wagers.

All in all, not a bad first draft. TN might need to relax a little though. 😎
