HOW TO PREVENT BECOMING BLOATED!!!

DON’T TALK when you’re eating

You can easily swallow air when you’re eating therefore, chew SLOWLY and AVOID fizzy drinks
You may be LACTOSE INTOLERANT

If after having cows milk you feel bloated or crampy, there’s a HIGH chance that you are lactose intolerant.

Avoid ice cream, milkshakes, and cow milk. Try replacing milk with Soya or Almond milk
BREAK WIND when you have the chance!

You may have excessive amounts of trapped gas inside you! Just be CONSIDERATE of others and find the right spot to do your business!
Get more SLEEP at night!

Sleeping for approx 7-9 hours will always be healthy and will aid in reducing your bloating. AVOID late nights completely!
Do not have TOO much of the following foods:

- Beans
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Onions

They are known to leave you bloated very easily!
Stop chewing GUM!

It’s one of the QUICKEST ways to become bloated. You take in way too much air when you chew gum.

Your body believes that you’re eating and so produces the enzymes necessary. As as result, you end up with too much acid in your stomach causing bloating
You may have been DEHYDRATED

When you become dehydrated your body adapts by holding onto the excess water inside you in order to prevent dehydration from happening again

When you do finally drink some water your body is very likely to store it around your midsection
You may have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

If you’re applying all of the points mentioned above and seem to have little to no success at all, you may need to go and see a doctor!
