The problem with you walking through the shuffle/dance circle is when the circle is in a spot away from the highly concentrated area, usually near the back, with plenty of room to walk AROUND, and you insensible oblivious morons decide to go through the center of it.
Just PAY ATTENTION. that’s all I’m saying.
There is a social contract.
The dancefloor is for everyone.

If we for whatever reason make a circle that impedes on your area (Which we 99% of the time won’t) feel free to be upset.
We make the circle so that we don’t run the risk of running into anyone.
When you walk into the center of the circle you violate that social contract.

We make the circles JUST big enough to dance in and not be a nuisance to the surrounding people, not to be fire hazard, and not to be greedy or inconsiderate.
We just need a little more room than the average dancer.
So just...be mindful of your surrounding.
Or dance with us.

But either way,
RESPECT THE CIRCLE.
RESPECT THE CIRCLE.
