The more I think about the Beast (Satan) and the False Prophet (Antichrist) the more I think we are being set up for a good cop/bad cop scenario.

Or maybe bad cop/worse cop is more accurate.

Here is what I mean...

What if the Antichrist isn't a Hitler type guy.

What if he arrives to save the day in a really twisted way?

We have been taught to expect a world political figure that will join forces with the EU and make a peace compact in the Middle East and launch a campaign of terror that crescendos with him building a throne in the Temple in Jerusalem as all the nations worship.

What if this paradigm is wrong?

What if the Antichrist is the "good guy" here to save us from a "bad guy"?

Who's the "bad guy"?

Satan. Or more specifically an artificial simulation of Satan.

The god that we will create with our hands with artificial intelligence will be an earthly simulation of the devil.

A simulation that we will then embody with synthetic biology so that Satan literally lives and breathes.

This idea sounds a lot less crazy today than it did two years ago.

It will sound less crazy with each passing day.

The great question that will escalate in the days ahead is the question of superintelligence.

Is it the best or worst thing in history?

There is no middle ground

Sounds like something we are stupid enough to do right?

Build our own god that is actually the devil.

Also sound ironically deserved.

Remember how Israel begged for a king?

And God gave them Saul, a king after their own hearts?

This fallen world is begging for a god, God is about to give us a god after our own hearts.

We deserve what is coming.

How can we know that developing a super intelligent ai to govern the world and all life is a bad idea?

I mean... it could end up okay right?

Maybe artificial intelligence will make a really good god?

Unlike all the other false gods before it?

WRONG
