Which means for tactical players, you will always struggle in assessments of them.

As fans, we don't see Gini solving problems, because we don't see him doing so. There is no dramatic last ditch tackle or mazy dribble to open up space - he does these things by movement. Movement to close space that they could exploit, movement to create space for a pass.
