“Email the worst tool collaboration. The best one is NOT an Enterprise Collaboration Tool, it’s What’s App!
Something that terrifies the IT Dept (but they use it)
Better to say a ‘bounded yes’ and bring it it - because it’s used anyway”

On open plan offices.
“They were designed for capacity (squash em in), not productivity!”

Observation: or collaboration, despite the claims in business cases and transformation plans...
It’s worth a look at experiences of orgs who’ve done this for years.
On working from home.
‘Some people might not have a suitable space at home they can work from.
Millennials might still live at home with parents, or live in a ‘shoebox’.

Obvs: wonder if this has filtered into public sector accommodation and workforce plans?
On shared spaces.
How to name the ‘3rd space’, not the office of work from home.
We need the social contact, but what do we call them?
- ‘Coffice’ (the necessity of good coffee at shared working spaces, @indycube on this from the start)
- ‘Puoffice’ (pubversion)
- etc, etc
On video.
‘Good at building trust. Between colleagues, and with customers / clients’
Via @DocNicola
Observation. Seen this in bits of health via @OlwenOlwen
Wondering if the ‘building trust’ was part of the design? Also, has any change in Doc / Patient trust been noticed?
On WiFi and Maslow’s Hierarchy
‘Basically WiFi has been added to the Hierarchy of Human needs - propping up everything else - human existence itself’
I experienced this on a grim wet day in the Brecon Beacons @DocNicola http://bit.ly/1hN2199
On WiFi and Maslow cont.
I even drew a map
From misery to self actualisation
Finally, on chat bots
@DocNicola didn’t acutually talk about this (heard you speak last week)
Chatbots best when it’s ‘narrow & deep’
Person: What do we want?
Chatbots: Charbots!
Person: When do we want them?
Chatbot: Sorry, I didn’t understand your request.
Ha ha, epic.
