It's 2019 and some people still manage to completely miss the point of BvS. There's a difference between the way society views Superman and who Clark Kent really is.

He's the guy who brings flowers to his girlfriend, makes her laugh when she's sad and cooks her breakfast.

The guy who's watching the news in his pjs, voiceless as everyone else debates on his very existence.
The guy who calls his mom in the middle of the night just because he needs to hear her voice and finds comfort and strength in his late father's memory.

The guy who wants to fight for social justice through his words, argues with his boss about journalistic ethics and deliberately disobeys him when he's ordered to drop the story on the Batman.

The guy who's standing in a middle of an raging crowd, taking their anger silently as he prepares himself to be judged for a crime he didn't commit.

THAT'S who Clark Kent is. That's who Superman is. He's not a God, that's the entire point ffs.

He's just a guy trying to do the right thing.
