Y’ALL.

I’m at the doctor and when I got on the scale the nurse said, “Are you okay with knowing the number on the scale or do you prefer not to?”

!!!!!!!

Every. Single. Medical. Professional. Should. Do. This.
WHEW. My mentions are full of people (90% of whom are, yes, men) telling me I'm soft, I have issues, I should die, I'm xyz word I don't use on here because... I think medical professionals should be sensitive to people who have experienced disordered eating? This site is a ride.
And also–– full of many people calling me fat. Guess what? That's actually not an insult! 🤷‍♀️ You gonna say I'm short next? That I have brown hair? Fine, let's go!
And finally, before I mute this: Y'all need to worry less about people being fat! If someone weighs more than is healthy for them, trust me, they are aware of that! They live in their own body every day. They're gonna be able to figure it out without a doctor telling them!
Okay, but TBF, I have to acknowledge that this one cracked me up.

Live your lives, drink your moonshine or don't, be whatever shape you are, and don't let anyone tell you any of it has anything to do with your worth, y'all. <3 I'm out on this one.
