Point 1 . She stated 2009 , complaints were made from 2006 onwards . Notice how she avoids mentioning planning, since they turned a blind eye . The rest is just rubbish .

Ventilation system and drainage clearly shown in the garage location . She says GCC cannot act on retrospective complaints , no one asked them to , they were asked to take action in 2006 . No action was taken at all . When this illegal garage was started in 2006 the good Doctors

Toxic fumes , contamination etc . She was desperately trying to keep going . GCC were telephoned numerous times about the oil contamination not just by the DR but the landlord .

Chief Exc of GCC writing a letter to Nicola Sturgion full of inaccuracy and downright blatant lies . If she had truly investigated these events it would at least be accurate . I give you the chief Exc of GCC circa £190k per annum of public money . I have attached a GCC note .
