Accidentally exited out of my workout before I was done. 3 miles in 45 mins. I plan to cut that down to 30 within the week

I’ve had such an awful past couple days mentally & even though I didn’t decrease my time per mile, I’m proud of myself for getting the fuck up & running period

HIIT & lower body. I know for a fact the calories are always wrong with HIIT bitch because I stay SOAKED in sweat
I completely forgot about this thread but I’m BYKE. I’ve been back working out consistently for about 2 weeks but I think it’s time to increase my goals
