HIIT & lower body. I know for a fact the calories are always wrong with HIIT bitch because I stay SOAKED in sweat
I completely forgot about this thread but Iā€™m BYKE. Iā€™ve been back working out consistently for about 2 weeks but I think itā€™s time to increase my goals
