An easy way to repurpose product image creatives into videos is with the Video Creation Kit.
Using it you can create simple slideshows that are even Holiday themed.
Add in some stickers to highlight your specific promotion or deal.

Create a custom audience based on users who have interacted with a certain product using content ids.
With those audiences you can create lookalikes to target new users potentially interested in that product.
Or retarget users with product specific ads.

Don't forget about creating a sale around Last Shipping Day.
For those of you who don't know it's the last day people can purchase your product and get it before 12/25.

Two things you should be testing:
1. Product page vs. Collection page
2. Shop Now CTA vs. Get Offer CTA
Important tests to run especially when you have sales/promotions going on.

Test multiple text variations without using a dynamic creative ad.
Using this feature you can have multiple ads under a single ad set opposed to when you use a dynamic creative ad and are limited to one ad.

Black Week starts tomorrow.
Important to start running promotions leading up to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Focus on promotions that help increase AOV to help combat higher ad costs.

For BF/CM create separate campaigns from your normal ones.
Better to have them separate so you can adjust budgets for them more aggressively.
Also, its fine to keep your normal campaigns on during BF/CM since performance will most likely be higher than average.

If you have a store that's been running for over a year make sure you are taking full advantage of your data.
Export your customer list from last year's BF and CM sale and use the audience to create lookalikes to sell to this week.
