1/11) question: have you ever heard of the Smith–Mundt Act of 1948? it was signed into law by then president harry truman, which is actually pretty ironic, considering it essentially began the real world truman show.

2/11) so, quickly... this thread is about pointing out how much divide we have now within humanity because we identify as things which were created to purposely pit us against each other. this isn’t about the left or right, democrat or republican. maybe we've been duped, royally?

3/11) so the Smith-Mundt Act allowed for the domestic dissemination of information and material about the United States intended primarily for foreign audiences, and for other purposes. essentially, we can make stuff up, anything really, and show it to foreign countries as truth

4/11) oh man, that’s powerful propaganda right there. nice… plus we’re America! we got this.

but wait… it doesn’t end there. in 2012 president obama repealed the ban on America and news outlets not being able to spread government created news to Americans.

5/11) so, there’s your literal proof the government has the potential to control every narrative in our brains. it’s okay, though… it’s only driving everyone insane, creating more divide, fear, hate, etc… but a small price for us to pay for them to lie to us i guess...........

6/11) don't believe me? here is more proof. remember when ABC got caught using/editing a gun range video from a shooting range in kentucky which they passed off as war footage in syria? i mean, those are cool SFX so i guess that’s why we all just let it slide. idk… you tell me.

7/11) you can even watch it here. so again, there’s no denying the government could "potentially" control our perceptions of reality. it's not easy to admit or come to terms with... but to deny the possibility would be ignorant

8/11) always more... these “dead” bodies either ate some mexican jumping beans directly before death or they are just acting. either way, the “media” sold it to us as truth, which i’m sure the vast majority bought into irregardless of those jumping beans.

9/11) so what else could be fake? it really makes ya think.. i mean, could it be possible that other countries have their own “smith-mundt” type act (also ironic its called an act) to deceive us? jeez idk. probably maybe a chance i suppose. there’s a lot of chaos in this world!!!

10/11) there's just a lot that we simply cannot confirm. we just have to trust our media. yes, the media which has a documented legal path to quite literally lie to us and control what they tell us... therefore controlling our perceptions of reality…. if we believe them.

11/11) so… do you still believe them? and what's your glass ceiling regarding your willingness to believe what you’ve been lied to about? is our “reality” really as it seems?
