BIDEN'S QUID PRO QUO
Viktor Shokin, for those that don't know, is the Ukrainian prosecutor that Joe Biden had fired for investigating Hunter AND Burisma. This testimony by Shokin lays out a clear pattern of corrupt activity by Biden and others.

He begins by noting that Biden and Co made considerable effort to prevent Dmitry Firtash, a man Biden and then Ukrainian president Poroshenko tried to associate with Russian organized crime, from returning to Ukraine.

He also notes that he NEVER saw evidence of criminality regarding Firtash, and that it was apparent that in getting involved, Biden "directly manipulated the leadership of Ukraine on false pretexts". There were even credible threats on his life.

The U.S. claimed to want to prosecute Firtash, and although there is a procedure for this, it was totally ignored. The policy would have required a review of evidence that could well have gotten the case dismissed entirely. So they tried to block his return instead.

Not long after this, Biden insisted on the dismissal of Shokin, and made it contingent for receiving aid. Poroshenko explicitly told Shokin he was being forced to resign in exchange for a 1 billion dollar aid package.

Shokin was investigating both Biden and Burisma, and notes that on several occasions Poroshenko asked him to drop the case. When Shokin asked for court recognition that he had been forced to resign, the courts denied him, claiming he missed the deadline to do so.

He pushed the issue that his termination was politically motivated, but was ignored. Firtash being barred from reentry was also politically motivated due to Biden, as the modernization program for Ukraine Firash espoused was contrary to Obama administration goals.

Once the US realized Firtash would not be prosecuted in Ukraine by Ukrainian law, Obama had the DOJ issue it's own charges and call for detention. Again, when a foreign government asks for a prosecution in Ukraine, and the defendant has not already gotten a...

Domestic criminal verdict, it is the purview of the general prosecutor to receive the request and any evidence, and as previously stated, there was NONE.

It is Shokin's sworn statement that ALL of this was political manipulation by the Obama administration and Biden to promote their agenda, and that his dismal was retaliatory for refusing to kill the Burisma inquest.
