45's entire presidency is an exercise in reinforcing the privileges of whiteness & wealth which is why he has been permitted by the bipartisan white power establishment to commit crime & corruption at a scale that would've gotten any president before him ousted much sooner.

Even in an instance where Trump's actions represent a *betrayal of US national interests*, Republicans can't bring themselves to uphold the Constitution b/c they're more committed to upholding white supremacy and preventing the realization of multiracial democracy in America.
