You all know I want the Browns to win desperately, but if I had to bet money I’d put it on Steelers money line. The Browns have more healthy talent, but I don’t know if Freddie and company have the maturity to commit to a game plan to beat this team.
If Baker drops back incessantly against this pass rush with this offensive line he could get sacked a bunch. Minkah Fitzpatrick is waiting if Baker throws inaccurately due to a rush. We all know this and so does Freddie Kitchens.
When the lights are bright, will they have the discipline to stick to a game plan designed to minimize mistakes, play field position and dare Mason Rudolph to beat them with his arm? They should but I can’t bet on Wild Freddie Kitchens right now.
He’s a poker player that doesn’t fold enough hands. I love an aggressive coach, but he needs a little bit more of that Mangini discipline to stick to a game plan. He has more talent on the field than his opponents but he keeps getting in their way.
