arrested in Buryakov case were meeting with undercover sources Aug 8 and Aug 28 and they really wanted to get info on sanctions then (+future) not build casinos in Russia.

Oddly, FBI waited until Jan ‘15 to make those arrests but in complaint we don’t know what took place ...

By Buryakov’s arrest, the two other spies Podobnyy and Sporyshev had purportedly already left the States.

Dragon Capital one of the biggest investment banks in Ukraine, also tied to Goldman Sachs (not sure if they still are).

There’s a tie-in with BTA Bank to Dragon Capital, and we know BTA ended up paying Felix Sater then Michael Cohen later.
