arrested in Buryakov case were meeting with undercover sources Aug 8 and Aug 28 and they really wanted to get info on sanctions then (+future) not build casinos in Russia.
Oddly, FBI waited until Jan ‘15 to make those arrests but in complaint we don’t know what took place ...

There’s a tie-in with BTA Bank to Dragon Capital, and we know BTA ended up paying Felix Sater then Michael Cohen later.
