2/extensively monitored by Russia to discuss issues of critical interest to Russia.

We know Russia has this capability as it published a diplomat’s phone call it intercepted back in 2014.

3/ As I’ve written to you before, this WH does not appear to adhere to standard protocols w/regard to secure communications, yet the Senate Intelligence Committee has yet to address this.

4/ I presume the Russians intercepted this call and could use the info gained at any time against either Ambassador Sondland and/or the President of the United States.

5/What other incidents of unsecure communications to/from this WH by senior officials have happened and what damage to our national security have resulted?
