To reduce noise, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced a 35 min ban on all planes taking off. Trains will run slower around test centers and cannot sound their horns except in emergency. The military will not conduct drills involving guns and tanks.

Full disclosure: I fainted during one of my Higher exams and failed (obvs). I was never good at taking tests. Can’t imagine what today must feel like for Korean teenagers. All I can say is, it may not feel like it, but some things do turn out ok in the end.
