But we've learned something important. Berating the leaders, parties and tribes is futile. Our idealistic hopes for a LD/Lab pact were always a bit naive, but now we know for certain that they're a dead end. 2/

So let's stop the whining, finger pointing, lamenting and loathing. This is all a gift to Johnson. He couldn't be happier. Every keystoke, sigh and conversation we waste on this, is less invested in highlighting his failings. 3/

Crucially, it also deters good people from deploying the ONLY weapon we have left. Tactical voting. So let's move on, accept that all parties are, by definition, tribal and self serving, and direct every ounce of energy we have towards something productive. 4/

No more name calling, no more blaming, no more anger. Let's just try to convince everyone to vote smart to defeat the biggest threat to our country that most of us have ever seen. The enemy is Johnson. Everything else is noise that helps him ruin us. /end
