Me, 1999 (I think I was on Worthington at the time, don't @ me)

Home - £1.70 (I think)
Uni - £1.10 (defo)

Should add too that we had this in Germany (cheap as fuck). Now I thought it was like a satirical comment on Russian politicians at the time. But no, it's just been called that since forever! Sorry Mikhail for thinking in my head that they slandered you :)
