If @realDonaldTrump wanted to make a real impression on these unelected bureaucrats talking about longstanding U.S. policy that actually started when he took office he would do the following:

He would direct Secretary Pompeo to begin an investigation into the activities /1
of the US State Department leading up to the Maidan "revolution". We were not neutral, did not provide simply moral support and deep state could have a thing or two to answer for. Additionally, the two awful prosecutors Taylor mentioned earlier all seemed to get into hot water /2
any time they got near any of this. Remember the corrupt Shokin? (who was never charged with anything) According to Biden he was replaced with Lutsenko who was terrific. Now Taylor says corrupt. If we can't come to terms with this assessment, why is our /3
FBI trying to teach them to fight corruption? We made them create NABU. Oh by the way, the former head of this fantastic agency Artem Sytnyck is on tape saying he tried to help Clinton and the DNC in 2016. Adam Schiff knows this & thinks you're stupid. /4
If you need corroboration that is in fact the former head of NABU here is the wonderful or terrible (depending on who you ask) PG Lutsenko's take: /5
https://thebabel.net/texts/28898-genprokuror-yuriy-lucenko-ne-idet-v-otstavku-vot-chto-on-rasskazal-nam-o-konfliktah-s-poslom-ssha-i-glavoy-nabu-dele-burisma-plenkah-rozenblata-i-istochnikah-korrupcii-bolshoe-intervyu
Here is his take on the wonderful ambassador everyone was boohooing about this morning. She didn't had him a list. But she dictated one. Note the name Vitaly Kasko: /6
Kasko was Shokin's Deputy Prosecutor General who resigned in February 15, 2015 denouncing corruption & total lawlessness. Remember this is just after Shokin filed documents seizing the property of Burisma's owner and just as Biden is ramping up his efforts to get rid of him. /7
Now Lutsenko shared something interesting about Burisma. Apparently the PG's office was only looking into tax fraud and money laundering. NABU (whose head tried to help Clinton in '16) was looking into criminal behavior. Through the PG Zlochevsky paid record back taxes.
I do not believe NABU has nothing to do with rooting out corruption. It has to with maintaining a pro-Western government in Ukraine. We've staked out a position to fight a proxy war with Russia via Ukraine. That has been going on all over eastern Europe since the 50's. /8
The Ukraine has lost or misplaced $7 BILLION in US aid since 2014. While our FBI is advising their anti-corruption bureau. Who wanted Hillary Clinton elected. /9
And now, we're going to impeach Trump, who actually armed Ukraine when the previous admin wouldn't, for asking their new President to figure out what happened in 2016 and why NABU dropped the charges against Burisma. Does any of this sound as insane to you as it does to me? /10
Funny his name is attached to Arab Spring too. As one of the developers of 21st Century Statecraft. /12

https://2009-2017.state.gov/statecraft/overview/index.htm
Here he is talking about the role of technology in Arab Spring. /13
I guess this would be fine if it were passive tech transfer. However, Tech Camps were conceived as part of Secretary Clinton's Civil Society 2.0. /14

Does it seem odd to you that the focus is almost exclusively on groups that are not our diplomatic partners? As in other governments? It's because we were teaching future protestors how to use these tools to create a revolution. Where we wanted to. /15

Note, Huma was giving Secretary Clinton "credit".

Now on to Ukraine. Did we do it again? One Ukrainian deputy certainly thought we were. note his reference to countries involved in Arab Spring: /16
The tech camps he speaks of sure look like a lot of fun. "Empower local organizations". "Bettering their communities". This sounds so sweet, doesn't it? /17
It might surprise you to know, or not, that "civil society" organizations in the Ukraine were often funded by George Soros Open Society Foundation : (Google Translate was used for screenshot) /18

https://www.irf.ua/about/
According to the IRF they have disbursed more than $100M to various NGO's in Ukraine. From their About page. It's creepy how much it sounds like SLW's in the US, isn't it? /19
Close to the end of Maidan, here is Victoria Nuland and Gregory Pyatt discussing the composition of the new Ukrainian government. All US press focused is her "F*** the EU" at the end. /20
Oleh Tyanhybok is interesting fellow. Was head of Svaboda. Please read the entire article and then look at these pictures of Oleh with US Leaders. /21
https://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-20824693
Klitcsh is now Mayor of Kiev. Yatz and Oleksandr formed the People's Front and it all but disappeared in the last election. But the ghosts of Maidan live on. /22
And some mysteries remain. Why did Nuland, McCain, Senator Murphy and other so obviously and robustly back an opposition that turned violent? Why did an Estonian minster think something funky happened on the bloodiest day of Maidan? /23
If you listen carefully, he says a person on the ground had proof the protestors and police were shot by the same snipers. Many protestors were armed and resembled militias. Some of those groups were led by people Nuland and Pyatt were discussing. /24
Was this actual policy? To encourage civil unrest and revolution? Maybe. Former Russian Ambassador Michael McFaul defined the successful elements of a color revolution. That is basically what Maidan and Arab Spring were. /25
This is a fraction of what I have read, watched and listened to. I apologize if it is incoherent. It is a fraction of the players. I am just trying to impress this is not about a phone call. Or long standing policy. This about people covering their asses and the asses /27
of the Obama administration. And likely the Bush, Clinton, Bush administrations. Lots of holdovers.Don't be fooled. /end
