3/4) Now I’m thinking this picture was from the 2013 “New Horizons” event, likely pulled from a bad actor’s phone. The event was obviously a sham. I’d wager this is where many shady backroom deals were made at the expense of America. Q+ was mocking them. Remember these drops?
