Whenever I see this come across my feed, I think of those of you for whom this is a kick in the teeth.

I see you and you are great regardless of your "accomplishments." https://twitter.com/stfutony/status/1193954501620690944
One of the problems with the socials is that it's always looking at others' highlight reel. None of us can compare to that (also, comparison is death). Literal lists of accomplishments are the highlights of the highlights.
Don't get me wrong: I love seeing people feeling good about themselves by thinking about all the awesomeness in their lives from the past 10 years! And if you want to share that, sing it from the rooftops!
But if you don't want to share, or you are feeling small because you think you don't measure up: there's nothing to measure up to. You are valid regardless of your output.
And there are lots of accomplishments that don't often make these lists that are more important:

You were a good friend.
You rested when you needed to.
You enjoyed a sunset.
You cared about something.
You made it through a decade!

Well done, you!
