The Stadia team is doing a Reddit AMA right now, and it includes someone on the team offering to hand-deliver kits in the Bay Area to make up for the shipping confusion.

So yeah, this is going great.
The achievements system won't have a UI at launch, but it'll still be capturing them so you can see them when it does finally become available.

I... sure.
Your existing Chromecast Ultra will NOT SUPPORT STADIA ON LAUNCH DAY. Only the Founders Edition Chromecast Ultra will support Stadia on launch day, and as a reminder there's a bunch of shipping delays right now.

An OTA update "soon" will make other Ultras Stadia Ready. Wow.
Family Sharing isn't going to work at launch for Stadia. The team recommends just going ahead and buying a second version of that $60 game so your kid can play on their account, and then eventually you'll be able to share other games.

Cooooooool.
Stadia on iOS is currently slated for #Eventually
There might be ONE Stadia title with Stream Connect by the end of the year. State Share and Crowd Play aren't coming until next year.

Stadia team is hoping to have a Chrome-like update cadence with features. But, unlike Chrome, you've already paid for this stuff with actual $$$
If I'm reading this correctly, you need your phone to buy games for Stadia. So... there's no web UI right now? Why would you behave this way?
Okay this is actually kind of brilliant. If someone casts something to your TV while you're casting Stadia, or if you want to move from one TV to another, your existing game instance will continue running on the servers for up to ten minutes so you can deal with that.

Clever.
Google Play gift cards and Play Store Credits can be used in Stadia, which is good news for people who take those rewards quizzes or can only buy things with gift cards.
Stadia Buddy Pass, which is supposed to be a Founder's Edition feature that allows you to gift Stadia to a friend for three months, will not be available to Founders at launch.
Of the many things Assistant is supposed to do on Stadia, the one feature available at launch is... starting Stadia on the Chromecast.

Using Assistant to put something on your TV has been a feature for over a year now, this isn't new.
Accessibility features for Stadia? That's in the planning stage, nothing currently even on the roadmap.

That's... unfortunate. Would have been an easy win to work with @AbleGamers or something.
Stadia is making its own phone mount for the Stadia Controller. Available for purchase... weeks after launch.
AMA is over now. Crazy stuff.
