Yep, Postpartum Depression IS NOT THE SAME THING as Major Depressive Disorder. They share the same name but it's almost entirely DIFFERENT thing!! Just sebab "Guinea pig" ngan "domestic pig" shares the same word doesn't mean it's the same THING.

EDIT : Some people are angry with me because they think I'm downplaying/perlekehkan depression, and I deeply apologize!! That was not at all my intention! I just want to highlight the most important difference between psychosis dan depression ..
I'm sorry if it looks like I didn't take depression seriously, but I REALLY do take depression, and any disorder+illness very VERY seriously. I just mean that some things jangan disamakan. My way of wording things might be not the best, so people might take it the wrong way.
UPDATE!! Originally I was trying to explain the differences between common mainstream depression(no psychosis) and PDD with psychosis. I have simplified things too much that some technicalities in terms lost its accuracy. Few people have corrected the technicalities below :
