First impressions are that it's excellent and sweeping, focused on things the federal government can actually do.
I see:

- Specifics on full funding for IDEA but not stopping there, looking at well at ADA Compliance for school and making sure programs are equally supported across the country.
A discussion of the school-to-prison pipeline that too often gets left out of disability conversations.

Ending sub-minimum wage.
I like that it talks about lead poisoning, which has been a major disability justice issue for decades now, but mostly overlooked ... including by far too many disability groups.
"Full community inclusion" means
- voting rights
- accessible housing
- PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (which is another disability issue often ignored, though not by disability groups who have been on this for decades).
- and disaster relief focused on disabled folks.
Then Castro turns to the coercive state, talking about public charge rule (immigration), police reform.

Medicare for all.

Talking about Olmstead enforcement.
Olmstead enforcement is an area that the Obama admin really led on, and afaik the Trump admin has really dropped. Someone should FOIA DoJ on that.
End the benefit cliff on SSI.

It's aw ell designed plan with a lot of specifics, worth scrolling through. As with the Buttigieg plan, it sets new standards for Democratic candidates to meet as we move forward. I'm very pleased to see this.
