It might look to you like desk hosts, stage hosts and interviewers have the easy job but those are also the roles that still largely operate without rotations/breaks. They are often first in and last out, of talent.
You have no idea how tiring that kind of schedule can be. Especially when you throw in jetlag, weird food etc. etc.

Plus, most people admit to a fear of public speaking and this is to a live crowd and 100s of thousands online too.

Credit where credit is due.
It's also sometimes a multi-game job. You have to do one game one week and then fly somewhere else and know what's going on in an entirely unrelated scene.

I know talent who struggle to keep up with tournaments in their own game if they didn't work them.
