- create a national women’s health research institute

- 30M for pediatric cancer research, (no idea how it will be allocated, though) which is important because kids get treatments designed for & tested on adults, and children are not just small adults

- Opioids: unclear how anything proposed will meaningfully address crisis. 12 Canadians die every day, huge impact on people, families, hospitals, budgets. Decriminalization is off the table,
