The ways in which Chicago govt is failing to inform the people is spectacular.

Well, the Chicago police also used to do this. Then armed with background checks, would attack you at meetings.

It shouldn't shock anyone that the agencies most accountable to things like housing, labor, and equity all got Fs.

I think it's worth pointing out that it's the collective, systematic direction and leadership that leads these specific agencies to fail.
