You think losing £100 for a Brexit Seat was bad? Let's take a look at who else picked up the bill for #FailingFarage

12p on the £ for what is effectively misappropriated funds by the directors.
Well that was generous of him right? Again, this is not smearing by family. This is a company in which Nigel Farage held legal obligations as an officer.
Here's unsecured creditors. These are generally what are known as Trade debtors on other people's books. Farage owes these people money, but instead of paying them, he paid himself a unlawful dividend, didn't pay it back, and stiffed them for 87% of their expectations.
Now again, I'm not saying, for one second, that @Nigel_Farage did anything illegal, or indeed that his co-conspirators, or as we call them "other directors" engaged in anything illegal.
But what Nigel Farage DID do, was go on National Radio, and lie blatantly regarding the affairs of this company. Just out right lied.

What he was party to was the stiffing of several other companies.
So what can we expect from Brexit Party Limited in 2020?

Well if I am honest. You can expect a missed filing date, and a notification of wind up. Potentially before any accounts are EVEN DUE.

Once the election is over, Brexit Party Limited can be wound up. it has no purpose
We may never know if they counted "Donations" as "Income"; or what they paid themselves as directors. Whether or not dividends were unlawful. Or ultimately; what happened to the money that 351 candidates gave to Mr Farage.
This is important:

They don't have to report loans to the Electoral Commission. Which is staggering given the questions around loans provided to http://Leave.EU  from one @Arron_Banks

You don't touch the hot stove twice.
Ooomph. Wouldn't want to have to provide audited statements. Definitely wouldn't want to be subject to PPERA 2000 - Especially after http://Leave.EU  got stung by breaking those rules. Except @darrengrimes_ who was ruled, in court, as "Too stupid to understand"
Oomph, look at all those rules and regulations for taking money! Wouldn't want to be bound by those would you! Especially if you want to get in, get out and keep some pie for yourself.
Not to mention the due diligence required to satisfy these rules:
Here's your real stinger though. Basically it's live reporting of your donations. If you're interested, you can get this for real political parties here: https://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/who-we-are-and-what-we-do/financial-reporting/donations-and-loans/view-donations-and-loans

What would people think if they knew who was backing this party?
But again, I digress. Because what's really important is how much skin @Nigel_Farage has in the game. How much is he on the hook for if this entire thing blows up?

Here's SH01 dated 16/09/2019
For people playing at home. That means when Brexit Party Limited is wound up; no matter how much it owes other people. @Nigel_Farage will be liable for a maximum of £10.

I'm not saying this is going to happen. I'm certainly not even inferring it based on his previous record.
This is information I literally pulled, live as I tweeted, from public domain sources that you can check.

The question is of course. Why not one of the Hosts, Panel Guests, Interviewers or platformers of @Nigel_Farage have every bothered to do this.
Now some might think of this as self aggrandising, an attempt to solicit contract work in my field. Except it's certainly not, for two reasons.

1) I'm a FTE now, so can't accept contracts.
2) I'm the type of FTE who spent best part of an hour live tweeting research.
Thank you for coming to my tedTalk. And Fuck @Nigel_Farage and Fuck @brexitparty_uk

Also. Before you try it again, Remember the law requires the libeled party to prove that I am wrong. I'd be pissing my pants in excitement over the disclosure phases if you want to litigate this.
