So there's been a bit of a fuss about the podcast I’m a part of, @caneandrinse, getting increasingly political, SJW (can’t believe I just used that acronym) and leftist according to a few. Now, speaking just for myself, I don’t really align with any political party... (1/4)

I also don’t like to judge people all too quickly or call them a […]ist, as I think the world and its population is (or at least should be) more complex than what political discourse on social media indicates. Really, I usually limit myself to more of an observing role… (2/4)

But I’ll say this, keeping it as simple as I can. If you have to make things like fictional Patreon contributions you’re withdrawing up to prove a point, if you decry the presence of politics in discussion of media while your time line demonstrates your own clearly... (3/4)

and that it’s really the nature of them that rubs you the wrong way and, most importantly, if you have a problem with my friends of varied ethnicity, gender and sexuality standing up and speaking up for their rights or even existing (!), you’re no friend of mine. (4/4)
