Since April, @mtkilavuz @rmkubinec and I have been conducting a massive survey of Algerians through Facebook ads. While not representative, we can examine change over time in the Algerian Facebook population. You can read more about the methodology here ( https://sharangrewal.com/s/Methodological-Appendix.pdf)
What we find is that support for the overall demand of the hirak - "a complete change of the political system" - has actually grown over time, both among protesters and non-protesters:
At the same time, we see a slight decline in support for the particular tactic of protesting. Here are the % who "support the protests" and who "want the protests to continue."
I interpret these seemingly disparate trends to mean that while Algerians remain committed to systemic change, there may be growing doubts over whether protests can achieve that goal. While the protests produced additional concessions at first, there have been few since July.
If these trends continue, it could lead a critical mass in the hirak to adopt additional tactics like strikes and sit-ins to complement the protests.

But to answer the original question, nine months in, there does not appear to be much protest fatigue. /end
