It's not about the software, but what works for the animation vision..

You need to be in a creative space.

You need to be able to scale up and down depending on your project

You need to find the right role for the right people.

You need a strong portfolio, you need to be personable and fit the company

Don't worry if someone offers you a different job from what you have applied for. Someone has seen something special in you.

Remember to enjoy your studio. Remember that you are making (children's) animation and make people smile.

Try to take people on a creative journey with you, so that they stay with you.

Always look for other creative opportunities to keep people interested.

Help others to make the next step on their creative journey.

Don't underestimate how long it can take to establish momentum when setting up a studio from scratch.
