To anyone who is willing to join the monthly contest by this well known korean cosmetics which has its own store in Malaysia, and expect to get the products as the poster shown, as one of the winner, I advise you to not joining-

okay let’s begin

first thing first, i wanna say that i’m thankful for the prize, but i still, i’m a lil bit disappointed, i just wanna let you know abt it so you won’t feel the same as i am

okay, lemme tell you how i joined the contest, i’ve been eyeing the contest for so long, since they uploaded poster of their products for every months with different themes, i was looking for something that i would like to have

on the last september, the uploaded a poster with some lips and eye products from theit latest collection along with the caption for their followers to join the monthly contest

i thought that the prize would be as shown as in the picture so i joined the contest, i posted my makeup look, tagged them and stuffs

they said that they will announced the winner on the 7th Oct, but they announced it on 11th, and i found out that i was one of the winners yeayyy

so i DM them to redeem my prize, they told me to collect the prize at their HQ in KL but i told them i’m living in Johor, so i would like to send my friend as my representative, they said that they can send the prize buy courier service, so i gave them my postal address

after that i waited, and i forgot abt it hahaha but one day i scrolled my DM to find my other DM from other brand and i saw this brand’s DM and a realised that i haven’t received my prize yet

i DM them, and look how they replied me :’)

moving on to the next two days :’)

on 7th november, i received a parcel from them, i opened it and i got part timer a tshirt :’)

i was full of curiosity so i reached out one of the winner to ask abt the prize, so this is what she replied, thank god she is so sweet;

the other winner said that she received cushion, eyeshadow, eyeliner and so on, so i was a lil bit excited to get my parcel, and i thought okay maybe they included the lips product too

today, i received the parcel, and this is what i received :’)

i received;
1 compact cushion
1 hair tool
1 pack of capsule sheet
2 control oil film packs (refill)

the eyeshadow and eyeliner are nowhere to be found, same goes with the lips product shown on the poster :’)

and the ‘seen’ :’)

they know my profile, they should know that i’m wearing hijab, i don’t do my hair often, i will never use the hair tools, i have a dry skin, the control film has nothing to do with my skin, at least you ask abt it?

thank god they asked my abt my compact cushion shade, i got the right shade, b-but...

again, i’m not telling yguys to not joining the contest but to let you know that the prize might be different then you thought, if i could turn back the time, i would asked them first abt the prize and stuffs but yeah lesson learned

if you wanna join any contest, make it clear abt the prize and stuffs so you won’t feel disappointed after that :’)

and to the big brands, yes some of us are just no one in this industry but we do have feelings too, yr winners might be yr potential customers, if you treat them right they will always look up to you for sure

as for me, i always look up to them bcs their products are cute and quite good, but idk what to feel after what happened

i hope yguys will be aware if you wanna join any contest in future okie, don’t be like me :’)
