2/ a primary argument was the alleged usage of "green energy". However, a precise number is missing. You can have endless discussions about it. Still a significant part of electrical energy is generated in brown coal (lignite) fired power plants, here Jänschwalde (Wikipedia)
3/ Woidke said that all the planning process for the $TSLA plant has to follow the administrative regularities. There will be a task force in the Brandenburg office of the prime minister.
4/ Woidke said that Brandenburg has to follow the rules for subsidies as set by the European Union. He didn't tell a number.
5/ Woidke was asked about grand projects that failed in Brandenburg before, as Cargolifter, a semiconductor plant, etc. Well, he more or less only indicated that this investment is one into the future of "electromobility".
6/ when one talks about failed grand projects in Brandenburg, one always tumbles over the seemingly infinite project of a new airport for Berlin/Brandenburg. He hopes to open it in 2020, not without pointing to prior statements of the airport's management.
7/ the exact location is in the municipality of Grünheide. However, not all open questions have been solved yet.
8/ other arguments for this location have been according to Woidke:
* nearby universities
* Berlin was a magnet for international investments
* there's space in Brandenburg (HN: that's actually very true ;) )
At last Woidke indicates to further investment announcements.
9/ I'm not familiar with local politics in Brandenburg. However, what I learned is that there was a failed reform of the counties in 2017. Allegedly Woidke's biggest political miss so far.
