I saw shocking video evidence regarding NZ murder of a British girl on Sky News today, with things like 'her body was believed to be in this suitcase' described by the newsreader. But the trial has not yet occurred I believe.

..as a private citizen...I can only go off what I am being told by those in power) is guilty - but I thought we had rules about this sort of thing - that prevented discussion of a case like this before it went to trial - in order to maintain a presumption of innocence always?...

Regardless of how adamant everyone is that this guy is guilty of a heinous crime - if that is the case, there is no need to publicy try him before his case has been judged in the courts. That in fact is a very dangerous precedent to accept - especially in an age where digital..
