You can't say you're for INCREASING FUNDING for HBCUs but haven't COSPONSORED a bill to help make it happen. You can't say you're for Black Maternal Healthcare but haven't COSPONSERED the bill that was sitting right in your FACE. If the BARE MINIMUMS is all some of you got.
