Would supporters of other candidates like to explain how their platform will help the mentally ill or domestically abused? I& #39;m #VoteBlueNoMatterWho so this is a good faith question.

Here& #39;s how @AndrewYang supports them:
The Freedom Dividend: $1000 goes a long way for someone who is unable to work due to physical or mental disability but who does not qualify for traditional welfare. This is on top of entitlements. It also helps victims of financial abuse.

Free Marriage Counseling: This one is pretty obvious. Not only will this benefit married couples but their children as well. Though it is "marriage counseling" being able to see a counselor is crucial to mental health in general.
Universal Pre-K: While this is not unique to Yang& #39;s platform it is one of many reasons I support him. Early intervention for atypical students is incredibly important for their social and educational development. Parents are not always able to identify these issues themselves.
Life Skills Education: We place too much focus on preparing students for a job market that barely still exists. Classes that teach interview skills, communication & managing conflict, healthy meals, positive psychology & resilience, and healthy use of tech will help both groups.
Support for the Arts: Again, not necessarily unique to Yang& #39;s platform but another reason he has my support. Art therapy is real! https://www.yang2020.com/policies/support-for-the-arts/">https://www.yang2020.com/policies/...
Increased Assistance for Single Parents: Many fear leaving abusive partners because they have a child or children to think about. A President committed to recognizing those challenges and offering support would take some of that burden away. https://www.yang2020.com/policies/single-parent-assistance/">https://www.yang2020.com/policies/...
